1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Frontline Fitness services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Bookings

Membership Plans: We offer various membership plans with different benefits and pricing. All prices are stated in GBP and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Class Bookings: Members must book classes in advance. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before class) may result in forfeiture of class credit.

Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refunds for partial months.

3. Health & Safety

Medical Clearance: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in outdoor fitness training. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before participating.

Assumption of Risk: Outdoor fitness training involves physical exertion and risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Weather Conditions: Classes may be cancelled due to extreme weather. We will notify you via email/SMS if cancellation occurs.

4. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontline Fitness, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in our classes or use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frontline Fitness from any claims arising from your participation.

5. Code of Conduct

All members must:

Treat instructors and other members with respect
Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols
Arrive on time and prepared for class
Notify us of any injuries or limitations

We reserve the right to terminate membership for violations of this code of conduct.

6. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept card payments via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

Recurring Payments: Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Failed Payments: Failed payments may result in suspension of membership until payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Frontline Fitness and protected by copyright laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
