If you use our mobile app, we may also collect fitness and workout data, exercise history, body measurements, and progress photos that you choose to upload.

Your data is used to manage your membership, process bookings and payments, communicate important updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver services you have purchased), legitimate interests (to manage our business), and with your consent where required.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a further period as required by law or our legitimate business interests, typically six years for financial records.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Your payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. These services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we select providers who meet GDPR requirements. Please note that both Supabase and Stripe operate servers in the United States. Data transferred outside the UK is protected under appropriate safeguards in accordance with UK GDPR.
