Group Bootcamp Classes
The flagship offering at Lydiard Park is the coached group bootcamp class. Sessions run multiple times per week and are led by instructors with military and professional fitness backgrounds. Each session is 45–60 minutes of structured training: warm-up, main workout, and cool-down.
Bootcamp classes at Lydiard Park use the open terrain for circuit training, sprints, loaded carries, and functional movements. All equipment is provided. The classes operate on a tiered system so beginners and experienced athletes train side by side — everyone works at the right intensity for their level.
Strength Checkpoints
In addition to regular bootcamp classes, Frontline Fitness runs Strength Checkpoints at Lydiard Park — structured kettlebell sessions where performance is tracked over time. Participants are grouped by ability level (Grey, Blue, or Black tier) and work through programmed rounds against the clock. Your score is recorded so you can track improvement across sessions.
Checkpoints are a step up from general bootcamp — they're designed to measure and develop specific physical qualities. A great option once you've got a few sessions under your belt.
Personal Training
One-to-one personal training sessions are also available at Lydiard Park for members who want individual coaching alongside their group classes. PT sessions are programmed around your specific goals and delivered in the same outdoor environment as the group classes.
